Is Three sharing our contact details with scammers?

Fledgling

Over the past 3 to 6 months I have received a huge number of calls from scammers in India pretending to be Three. As a three user, this is extremely concerning? What are Three doing to protect customers and how are scammers successfully accessing Three user numbers?

I have been scammed

I refuse to believe three doesn’t have anything to do with data breach

the scammer had all my details and sent a text message sent to me in the same three thread from previous messages and emails

I was offered a sim only deal £3 cheaper than what I was already paying on my sim only but discovered I was scammed when I was sent a handset along with my new sim and checked on my three app where I will now be charged £32+ per month

I am in so much distress having to contact my bank and cancelling my card and cancelling all direct debits etc

I have got in touch with fraud team and was told I’ll be contacted within 5days with update and outcome

I have not heard back it’s now 5th day

I am disgusted with the handling of this situation.
I feel I’ve been fooled
