Is sales@three-mail.co.uk genuine?

Hi I'm receiving phone calls from  a "promotion team", amd now also received email from sales@three-mail.co.uk, is this genuine email?

Hello, 

I've had calls today from a ''Promotion Team'' sending me an one-time validation code during the call which was recognized as 'FROM THREE' in my SMS app !!!  That means, that this text seemed legitimate.  They asked to not share the code with anyone. They keep asking for personal details and they sent me an email where the source is 'sales@three-mail.co.uk.  They called from 07********* and 07*********. They ask for personal data, personal bank details. I gave them wrong ones and they were very happy about it. They said they will deliver me tomorrow an iPhone 16 Pro Max to my address.

Thanks for helping raise awareness about this scam. Definitely not one of our emails. We've removed the phone numbers from your post, as these tend to be "spoofed", and may belong to someone who doesn't have anything to do with the fraud. Our sales teams will never call from 07 numbers so that's another definite sign of the scam.

I'm not familiar with anyone in our company who refer to themselves as the "promotion team" but I have seen the term used in scam emails, and reports of scam calls in the past. Our emails would tend to come from our actual website domain @three.co.uk whereas "three-mail" looks like a faker impersonating Three.

I have had 3 calls today from “Promotion Team”  02********* and the last few days from 02********* as well as 02*********. The caller wants to know how much I am paying and when I say they should know if they are 3 days their details are encrypted because they are the Promo team.
