Hey folks,
Great suggestions from @dontknow marking "not spam" or equivalent (where available) should help your email provider learn Three Community is a valid sender.
It looks like with iCloud, it's actually a case of moving the email from "Junk" to "Inbox". Here's a link to an Apple support article on this: Identify and filter junk mail in iCloud - Apple Support – see the section "Mark legitimate emails as not junk"
The underlying issue is being worked on by IT specialists. We hope to have some tweaks sorted soon that should stop or drastically reduce instances of our notifications being treated as junk/spam.
Thanks so much for your patience in the meantime.

Thanks @JonathanB
I’ve already been doing this, hopefully we can train apples systems to learn quickly.

Log into your email through your provider’s official site (eg. gmail.com or outlook.com) instead of the app, find the emails in spam/junk and mark as not spam/junk. I hope that helps.

My provider is Apple. (iCloud email) so no way of that, on a phone at least?

You could try logging in at iCloud.com and seeing if the option to mark it as not junk is there or a "trusted senders” list of some sort. If you still can’t find it live chat with Apple Support, I’ve found them amazing in the past and really helpful.

No option to mark as “not junk”
