I’ve just checked in my junk inbox to find a mail from the subject email address saying I haven’t returned my 5G broadband hub.
This was a surprise as I returned the item over a month ago now!
Can someone confirm if this is (a) a genuine email and (b) what needs to be done as I will not be paying the quoted £105 fee.
