Esim QR code never arrived

I've just tried changing my plan to a cheaper one. The transaction went through but I've never received a QR code to activate my esim and it's not in my Spam. How can I get my esim QR code to activate the esim?

Useless website

Trying to finalise an upgrade agreement. Can’t find it at all and everytime i went on chat (5 times) after about 10 mins or so it kept logging me out. Never been so stressed out (my head hurts)
