Last Line No Longer Available

I switched to Three from EE on the 7th January and took my number with me.

I have two sim contracts with Three, one that I took out for my daughter in December and her number transferred with no issues.

Initially my number was showing when I logged into the Three app but it has now disappeared.  

The second issue I am having is when I try to make a call using the original iPhone app I get a pop up saying ‘Last Line No Longer Available’

Customer Services guided me through resetting my network and the number I ported from EE is saved. I have also been into the store and the manager informed me that it is a problem sometimes with iPhones but gave me no more information.

Can anyone assist me?
