I risk physical abuse if I get caught creating another email address. I have one email address and two accounts registered to that email address. I can only access one account now
I desperately need access to my account so I did try and change it - it doesn't work - I have to contact them. Live chat and customer support is now closed. Three have essentially locked me out off my account without informing me of these changes.
