I have a order for upgrade placed on the 30th of January 2025 and ahead of the delivery date I was looking into the dpud website And notice that my door number is not existing s this is a new postcode
I try to contact the customer service and again not received any help from them. I tried to explain the situation and that the delivery wouldn't be possible to be scheduled as on the dpd platform. my address is not existent I had similar issues with other company and that is why I was raising concern.
I wanted to pick up this order from the local 3 store however was informed by your customer service that this wasn't possible even though it's clear on the website when choosing your upgrade or a new product that you can choose between home delivery and pick up service
I have 2 questions:
1- why I couldn't select pick up
2- how can the issue with DPD be sorted to avoid more delays?
