I'm so frustrated. The Three app just fails to work properly on my phone (Pixel 5 - new last year). It's just hit and miss. I'd say 90% of the time I can't log in to My 3 account to check my usage and buy add ons. Topping up using the app NEVER works....I have to top up anonymously via a web browser.
But today I am unable to log in to MY 3 using the app and neither can I log into my account via web browser. What is going on? Is it just me or does anyone else have these enormously frustrating issues with Three.
I have another phone with a Smarty sim (and I know Smarty and Three are the same network!) and the Smarty app is fabulous. So my conclusion is that the problems are not with the network capability but the Three app. I'm keen to hear comments.

I'm a new customer and the My 3 app won't let me register and setup my account. NOT IMPRESSED

Hello.
That sounds frustrating. The online service itself appears to be up and running normally at the moment. I'm able to log in normally.
It might be worth giving it a try just now. If it still doesn't work, I'd recommend uninstalling the app, if you're on android, make sure to clear the app data and cache as well. Then install it again and see if that works.

Sorry but I can access the 3 app on wifi and mobile data and via the web. My only suggestion is the usual when in doubt turn the phone on and off rather than just restart.
