I have been trying to change my name on my account. I sent a response letter about 3 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything back.
Is there an email address I can email? Doing it by post is taking months.

Please include an attached image of relevant proof for a name change as relevant, such as Deed Poll, Final Order, Marriage or Civil Partnership certificate, or if none of these are applicable, a recent utility bill (dated within last 3 months) plus either Passport or Driver's License.
