Name change on account

Hi

I have been trying to change my name on my account. I sent a response letter about 3 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything back. 

 

Is there an email address I can email? Doing it by post is taking months.

Hi @Twoshoesandhat,

If you reach out to proofs@contact.three.co.uk the team should be able to help. You'll need to include the following info:

  • Name before the change
  • Postcode registered on the account
  • Date of birth
  • All mobile numbers you hold with us
  • Registered email address on the account
  • And just a brief explanation of your requested change.

Please include an attached image of relevant proof for a name change as relevant, such as Deed Poll, Final Order, Marriage or Civil Partnership certificate, or if none of these are applicable, a recent utility bill (dated within last 3 months) plus either Passport or Driver's License.
