Hi does anyone know why my second phone doesn’t show up on my main billing or three account? Plus never been able to register for the app so never know bill amounts or data etc thanks

Hi @Charlo86,
It sounds like your two lines are different accounts. If all your details as account holder match (full name, date of birth, billing address), then get in touch with customer services, and they should be able to help you link the two accounts. Or you could register different emails for each account if you want to be able to log in to them separately.
