Hi I hope someone can resolve my issue its been 2 weeks since I sent marriage certificate and other relevant emails with D O B and postcode. I have seen other members saying it takes too long for this to be resolved hope someone can resolve this asap and change my name on my account so I can upgrade my phone

It sounds like enough time has passed for the information to be updated within the account. As this is customer forum, there's no way for the account to be checked from here in order to determine that though.
