Hi,
I’ve recently got a sim with 3. I was away on holiday when I ordered it and haven’t long got back. I’ve put the sim in my phone and tried making an account/logging in but it just keeps saying error. I also asked to transfer my old phone number onto here and it never happened. Hoping you can help.

Are you able to give us a little more information about what's been happening? If you can share the error message then we'll have a better idea on where to direct you next.
Is the number you're transferring from a different network, or from another Three account?
