New 3 Mobile App won’t load account details

Hi since updating the 3 mobile App I can’t access the account details just get a white screen. iPhone7+ 15.8.3 IOS loaded. 
App opens OK 
Any advice would be appreciated.

Also having the same issue, can’t login into my account via the app and just get a white screen. Looks like I won’t be upgrading my phone with Three and will go elsewhere now

The service from three is utterly appalling and I’m ready to leave and go elsewhere

Same issue, can’t buy an add on or data pack and that’s a real problem as I’m abroad and in need of internet allowance

Same issue! Tried on browser and I just get blue dots constantly.

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble accessing your account. Just to check is this issue also happening on your browser too? Have you tried clearing the App data or uninstalling and reinstalling the App?

 Hi I am have it the same issues I can’t get on to web just get blue dots and when I put my login details on app it gives me a white screen pls help

And another customer with exactly the same issue. White screen after entering code. It doesn’t matter which of our three iPhones we use the exact same issue. There is nothing wrong with our accounts as we can login on our PC within seconds every account. So the issue is not an account issue. 
this is a major issue with Three and iPhones. We are customers who deserve better. I have tried all of the suggestions. Nothing works.

Hi Jonathan,

app deleted reinstalled, app data deleted browser will not load on iPhone 7 but browser does load on iPhone 11 and iPhone 7 is fully up-to-date
