New 3 Mobile App won’t load account details

Hi since updating the 3 mobile App I can’t access the account details just get a white screen. iPhone7+ 15.8.3 IOS loaded. 
App opens OK 
Any advice would be appreciated.

The issue is still there in both, the browser and the App. IPhone X and Safari. Thanks

Still getting a white screen. Did you change the app so that it’s incompatible with anything below IOS 16? Been like this for about a month! God knows how much allowance I have. How can it take this long to fix?

I managed to access mine after doing an update overnight IOS17

Hi, 

I am having the same issue and unable to access account. On trying to log into account on app which opens fine, get only blank screen. On browser on multiple devices I get 4 blue circles loading. 
i have re-downloaded app several times and deleted data. 
Please help.

Hey guys. 

This is currently being looked into. In order to help us narrow down the cause and identify some of thee behaviours or the issue, if any of you are willing to do some testing on Saturday, and possibly Sunday, please drop me a PM and let me know, and I'll get back to you with some of the things we need checked. 

When messaging me, please include a quick confirmation of which issue you're actually having, as it's varying slightly among users.

Hi same issue and has been like this for days. I am also abroad and need to access data. Are you implementing a fix for this? Or how are we meant to buy data now? Bit unacceptable to have this functionality down for so long for so many customers without any communication.
