Hi since updating the 3 mobile App I can’t access the account details just get a white screen. iPhone7+ 15.8.3 IOS loaded.
App opens OK
Any advice would be appreciated.

Having the same issue. Disappointed to see this was originally raised over a month ago and no fix.

Lots of 3 customers raised this issue ages ago and 3 promised a fix but you, me and many others are still locked out of our other 3 accounts. Weird. My 3 network phone works well on anything that isn’t 3 related - calls, tests, internet so it’s a 3 “back end” issue. If not sorted by 31/10 I’m referring the matter to Ofcom

Yes. I have exactly the same problem, same phone, same 15.8.3 IOS. I was told over 4 weeks ago the engineers were aware of the problem and that it would soon be fixed. I was also told I would be kept informed!! I will give it another few days and then unfortunately it's bye bye Three and I'm off to a company that can iron out glitches as and when they occur. I imagine many people will be doing the same.

I have same problem and 3 contract until February 2026. I can’t leave 3 without paying penalties but in meantime can’t access my 3 account either. Not great

Under the Law of Contract if the supplier fails to honour their contractual obligations it is something called (specific performance) which means you cannot be said to have broken your contract, so paying penalties would not be applicable. Let us all hope Three get their act together and sort this problem out quickly now to avoid customers having to leave them in large numbers.

Thanks for the information. I assume not being able to access your 3 account ( due to 3 app and 3 website login issues) is covered here?

Are you still having the issue today?
If so, can you uninstall the app and install it again? Could you also try logging in through a PC or Laptop using Chrome to see if it works there?
