I've tried to get the email sent to activate a new eSIM on my new iPhone 15 Pro but it never comes through. Neither the contact centre nor me through self service have been able to get it to work.
Please can I have assistance from Three to have this sent over as right now I can't use my phone on the Three network.

Why not call Cust. Service on 333?
