Cancelled my contract for Home Broadband, spoke to the support on the phone from India for almost an hour
As a result, they said I will receive return labels through post and need to return my device to them in 14 days
I haven't receive any return labels whatsoever and now 3 one-off charges are applied to my account + VAT
Extremely infuriating and no clear ways on how to resolve this
What should I do with the support?
