I’m having extra out of allowance costs but I have no idea what it’s for because I haven’t called anyone abroad or texted anyone abroad and I’m not sure what it could be

Hi @Jakub,
If you view your bill on My3 from the main three.co.uk website, or Three App, you should be able to check the itemised section for more info of the specific usage you've been charged for.
If you still need help to interpret the info then feel free to upload a screenshot here as @MZone suggested, just make sure not to include private info like personal phone numbers or account numbers etc.
