I set up an Unlimited Complete SIMO 12M last week which came with a year of Paramount +. The sim is for data only and is now in a tablet secreted in a vehicle. I have received all paperwork via email for the contract and Direct Debit but no Paramount + instruction. I have added my contact detail to my account and expected to receive a SMS to my contact number in my account. But I guess the message is sent to the data sim instead.
I have been on to a live chat and after explaining several times I was finally understood and I received a 3 verification code via email to prove my identification. I was then told that the Paramount + link can only be sent by text. Before I could again ask for it to be sent to my registered contact number on my account, I was kicked from the live chat.
Is it impossible to receive the paramount code in any other way than via the data sim which is now inaccessible?
