Hi @Dickow,
If you've taken out a Paramount+ subscription through your Three account then this should show as an Add on on your account. You should be able to remove this from your My3 on the Three App or when logged in on the Three Website. If there's any issues doing this from your side, you can also get in touch.
Please note, if you have Paramount+ included as part of your plan, you can't add this for free again after cancelling the Add on.

When I try to cancel paramount plus via the app it sounds like I’m taking out a new mobile contract. Words like transferring my old number to my new contract etc.
I don’t want to extend or change my contract except to remove paramount plus! A subscription I never asked for and have phoned your customer service department to cancel once before many months ago!!

Hmm, that's odd. Could you add a screenshot (removing any personal details) for the page you see when you select to cancel the Add-on please?
