Physical bill with address and name

Hi,

I’m a Three prepay customer and I’d like to get a physical copy of a bill or statement that shows my name and full address. I am a prepay customer with a 120gb data-pack. 

Hope it should include:

• My full name

• My address

• My Three number/account details

• The date of the bill/statement

Can you confirm if this is possible for prepay customers, and if so, how I can request it?
I’m happy to send my details (name, number, address, date of birth) via PM once a moderator replies.

Hello @Samir-Kahvedzic,

Unfortunately, PAYG accounts do not produce statements as all of your usage is paid for in advance and is not billed in a similar manner to Pay Monthly accounts.

For this reason, it wouldn't be possible to access such a bill/statement.

Unfortunately still cannot find a way to download past bills in PDF. Is there any way to request a one time bill to be sent physically?

For monthly accounts you log into your account on id mobile website; navigate to BILLS, where you can d.load

your bills in pdf format. [Or use the id APP]. Unsure what you'll see on your account type.
