Received a phone call from 020 **** **** claiming to be from 3 and that they could reduce my bill by half and with a new device. I only just got a new device in September. They were persistent and were going to put me through to their supervisor to do the next stage. They said the new device and contract will be with me by tomorrow via DPD. I cut the call straight away.
