I have email to say my upgrade order has been completed then I've had another 3 to say I need to esign contract before upgrade can be completed. I've tried so many time to do this but just won't work, I put in the pass code they ask for, get contract tap write logo which then asks for pass code AGAIN !! I can sign it but no way of sending it all I can do is save a copy of the contract unsigned I'm getting really annoyed and so close to telling them to cancel my contract. Each time I've live chatted with them on the website they have said we can confirm order has gone through grrrrr !! Going to call them but got to wait till 9am :[
