Three bill

My three bill this month is extremely high so i went to take a look at it and it is charging me some third party purchases that i had already paid in the recent bills. Does anyone know how to fix this?

You'll need to contact Three on 333 to speak to someone who can access your account and discuss the issue with you.

Did you manage to figure it out? I'm currently having the same problem, they've tried to take £70 worth of three pay payments today that should of been billed previously. When I spoke to them they've said I owe from July and august. The new system makes no sense and I have to wait 48 hours for them to send me an itemised bill. Its a complete joke!
