Three network cant sign in just a blank page

Cannot get into my account vier my3 app or website to top up, both won’t let you login to access your account balance just goes blank when trying to do so. Is there a problem with the three network at the moment?

Sorry to hear you're still unable to access your account.

Could you advise the make/model of your device? Did you update your software on the device already? Have you tried both the app and website?

It happened to me on my iPhone. I resolved it by installing the latest iOS to 17.7

Still getting a blank page when trying to view account - using iPhone 12 mini

Hi i am still having the same issues with the three app & website in trying login to my account just goes white blank everything i try seems to be a prob everytime. The issue needs sorting asap.
