Three network cant sign in just a blank page

Cannot get into my account vier my3 app or website to top up, both wonโ€™t let you login to access your account balance just goes blank when trying to do so. Is there a problem with the three network at the moment?

Sorry to hear you're still unable to access your account.

Could you advise the make/model of your device? Did you update your software on the device already? Have you tried both the app and website?

It happened to me on my iPhone. I resolved it by installing the latest iOS to 17.7
