I was over charged a Roam pass on holiday when I got back June I was charged twice for a data package on the same day (the data package last for a week)
my bill was £125 , and the first thing I did was call up and dispute this which the customer service said they will remove the amount over charged to my next bill, July comes and I haven’t received anything, I called up once again and then was told I will receive the amount refunding in 5 days, it’s now been 10days I spoke to three , they told me to wait as they look into this and told me I have to wait another month as they will reduce it from my bill, I said I want my refund and speak to a supervisor, they ended the call on my face.
