Trade in £180

So I upgraded my phone to the new IPhone and the offer was to trade in your iPhone and get an extra £180. When your new phone comes use the serial number as the promo code. This does not work. Anyone else having this problem?

Hey there, I know there's been some issues with the enhanced trade-in values. 

Firstly, when Three says serial number they actually mean the IMEI1 of the device rather than what the box actually labels the Serial No. 

If that doesn't work then I'd say pop into your nearest 3 store for help with trade-in as there's processes in place for this exact issue.
