Hey @Hursty045.
Welcome to the Three Community.
I'm sorry to hear you've had trouble getting in contact with Ingram.
I'd suggest sending an email to threetradein@ingrammicro.com including your tracking ID, proof of delivery and your order details.
Thanks,
Kate

Kate, I have just upgraded my phone & when contacting to chase trade on deal via live chat was pointed to Ingram.... The trade in steps is done on Three website as part of process to upgrade online, so Three should take ownership for said process... I have heard nothing back from Ingram for a week! I still have time within 14 days to return phone & cancel outright. Is this a good business method?

Hello there.
Welcome to the Three Community.
Contacting Ingram would be the most direct way to query the issue, and it's what the support team would do as well. Contacting them directly is the quickest way to get answers normally.
You mentioned that it's been a week since you contacted them, how was it that you contacted them? Was it by the email Kate mentioned above?
Pete.
