I have pay on the go sim. My data is over now. My validity ends next month. I’m unable to add on data to my sim. Whenever I’m trying to add on, I’m getting a pop up which says ‘another action is in progress; please wait until the action is over’

There have been ongoing issues with payg since Sunday (I think) which I’m led to believe have now been resolved. If you’re unable to add data you’ll need to use WiFi then start a live chat with customer service.
