I opened a home broadband account on the 10th Feb 24.
That same day a Three agent called me to discuss an existing account which we were planning to close. He talked us into upgrading instead of a new contract. He said he would cancel the new contract, unsurprisingly he never.
Since then I have made several extremely lengthy phone calls to Three asking them to cancel and enable me to send equipment back, each time they tell me not to worry they will sort this out, they never have!
I raised a complaint at the end of Feb to which I managed to get a DPD label to send back their Hub and unused SIM and guess what? Yes the equipment has gone missing so they cannot cancel the contract.
Could someone please help on who to contact which is not the Three customer service number to get this contract closed.
