Unable to receive calls after moving from O2 to Three

My number was meant to port over on the 25th August 2023. It looks like it has now (29th August), however people are unable to call me and obtain a message stating "the number you have called is not recognized". However I am am able to call them.
Its has now been 5 days since my number was supposed to have been ported over and still I am unable to receive calls. I understand issues occur but this has been going on too long now and am becoming very frustrated with this situation.
Any help to resolve this would be very appreciated.

I think that this is what is known as a split port or split porting issue. If you Google for "split port mobile", you'll get loads of results.
A search of this forum for "split port" or "split porting" will help you, but unfortunately I think you'll need to contact Three on 333 as I am not aware that you can resolve the matter yourself.
