Unable to receive calls or texts since port

Yesterday my number was ported from Voxi to Three. I was able to make phone calls and texts but I was unable to receive either. It says number unavailable when anyone tries to call me. After speaking on live chat I was sent a replacement SIM card. After inserting the replacement I still have the same issue that I had previously. When can I expect to be able to receive calls and texts?

Hi @jwinwood,

I'm sorry to hear your port hasn't went smoothly. This issue could be a split port where the number hasn't fully moved across. In cases like this you may still be able to receive your calls and messages on the Voxi SIM till this is fixed.

So we can get this properly sorted out, I'll send you a PM to get you in touch with some colleagues that can raise the issue with our porting teams.
