Hi,
I have been trying for the past day to sort out my upgrade, i have done the credit checks and have all of the docs, but as soon as I try and pay the delivery charge the payment wont go through, I have tried at different times of the day and night.
I have tried the following cards : Barclays, Barclaycard (Both mine), and a friends Natwest debit card.
None of these seem to work and are all attached to the address that the order is going to.
anyone have any ideas as to why 3 different cards will not take a 5.99 payment.
