Is it just me but....
Three's service is awful now. They force you to go through awful chat, and if you phone it takes forever. It seems entirely staffed in India and its essentially computer says no. They dont understand my complaint and just fob me off.
I can see Three is cheap for a reason

Ive been with Three for 6 years now and when my contract ends in May 2025 im running for the hills (well, to EE actually because you can talk to a real person easily).
Threes customer service is absolutely atrocious, you are forced to use online chat with no option to talk to someone. The service is ok and i dont have many complaints in that area but the c/s lets Three down way too much.

Same here! Its been a nightmare trying to manage two contracts simultaneously under my name. The secondary account is no longer in use and three want to charge me extra for cancelling early so I have to wait some months instead of closing it today while it is no longer in use.

Contracts nearly up wahey, its a shame because the service is usually good other wise.

I had the same problem this week, I was mis-sold a phone last October and only recently found out I was paying for two sim cards. I put a complaint in in October this year when I fund out and since then things have got from bad to worse until they wanted me to pay £300 + to cancel my contract which I hadn't asked for. I am now trying to cancel Paramount+ which I haven't asked for on my wifes phone which is also in my name but can't get into the account.

Three’s customer service has always been based in India! There’s truth in what you say unfortunately in that it’s a trade off. Cheaper (not cheap) prices for inferior customer service. It’s a lottery as to who answers the phone or responds on chat that governs the level of support you’re going to get and that can’t be right in anyone’s book so no it’s certainly not just you.
