When I log into 3 to view my account it states "No active lines"

Trying to log into my account to check contract details etc, yet when I log in it states No Active Lines Found. 

 

I need to be able to check the account to check contract dates etc. if it can't be resolved I'm leaving 3

@Annoyed3 I've experienced the same issue previously when logging into the App. It almost always appears as the "login" progresses BUT when there are issues with their website or the App it can stall at this point.

I'm just surprised that none of the Community Support Team have noticed this as part of the App login.

I'm also surprised that none of the team have got back to you further, there's been loads of problems with people trying to login to their accounts, a lot who have IoS but there's been problems logging in using a browser on a PC as well as on Android devices.

Oh, that's odd. Did you recently join Three? Or port your number to Three? If so, was the number previously with Three?
