I've tried about 10 weeks now, but the website to log in to my account never sends me the password reminder. Yes I always check spam, and nothing there either. Oddly, the welcome email for this user interface came through straight away, to my spam folder!
I can't log in to update my payment details, which is frustrating, and trying to call 3 customer service, and 3 Business customer service, is like having teeth pulled!!
Any magic solutions?
