I cancelled an old 3 account (i got a new one through a deal at work) and have paid all money that i owed to them at the time. they assured me it was cancelled and i didn't need to do anything.
a little while later i get letters saying i owe money for the account which is cancelled. i've tried to log into that account with that number but i no longer can as i assume it shouldn't exist anymore, so why am i getting billed for it still?
