i have two contracts with three. my old contract was up and i looked for a new one. ordered it paid for it and got an email saying i was refused it and would be refunded. months later i noticed three were still billing me and i got no refund. i asked and was told i have to pay for the contract i was refused. i said ok and cancelled the older one.
with this new contract, i have had no bill or conformation in any way except the refusal email from three.
i cant acitvate the sim myself as i dont even have a number for it, yet i have been paying for it for months.
Why ?
once its activated and working and i know my own number so i can actully use it, i will be happy.
Please help....

Hi @Annunaki,
That's really disappointing to hear you've been billed for the contract for months now if you've not received anything and if you'd received an email to say the contract hadn't been set up.
