I've had Three since September 2023. EVERY month there's some new problem when I try to renew my data pack. The first time, they straight up just stole my money. I paid for the credit, and the credit showed as 0. I waited and waited...nothing. Had to get my bank to do a chargeback.
Last month, I could not renew the data pack from the app (don't get me started on the app) so I chatted customer service. The person was helpful and authorized the purchase of the data pack. This was on 16 January. Today, I get a text that I have two days left of my data pack. I HAVE TWO WEEKS LEFT. Now I'm waiting in a never ending queue (I've been 7 in queue for 30 minutes). How does this happen? How do I purchase a data pack and they're able to tell me to buy a new one after two weeks??? I hate it here

Hello.
It sounds like you're not having the greatest time.
It looks like some messages were delivered in error in relation to allowances expiring. You can check the My3 app to see how long is actually left on the allowance.
