Hi All, I've got 5G Home Broadband from Three for about nearly 2 months now. I've received the old version of hub ZTE MC801A - (not sure why as I was expecting to get a newer model...) Anyway, my download and upload speeds are quite good (download about 300mbps and upload about 10-20mbps) and generally I am quite happy how it works. However few times a day of all sudden my internet stops working - wifi is still on, hub is connected, all lights on hub are on but internet simply doesn't work. I have to go to my hub switch it off and then back on and it works fine again. Does anyone have any idea why is this happening every day and what is the cause, please? It's a bit annoying to keep restarting/switching my hub off and on couple of times a day. If this is not the issue I would be more than happy with this Home Broadband. Could be the device (older ZTE model) faulty? Or is there any way how to update this device? Thank you for any advise.

Hi, a number of people including myself have been experiencing this with the B12 firmware on the ZTE MC801A.
There's quite a long thread here, but unfortunately no resolution as of yet:
