Blurry photo because my phone wouldn’t focus
Yesterday my router was working absolutely fine and I had no problems at all, however today when I’ve come home my devices say I can connect to the WiFi, it says it has strong connection but there’s actually no internet so I can’t load or do anything. My hub doesn’t have a light on the 3 lines symbol and the globe symbol is red. Usually my 3 lines are red and the globe is blue.
The network status does say something is happening in my area but frustratingly there is no date for when it will be fixed. Not the first time I’ve had issues with this hub and each time it makes me want to leave the contract but I can’t because I’m stuck. I’ve tried turning it on and off, turning it off at the router, resetting it, literally everything.
Can anyone please provide a fix or at least tell me when the work will be over?
