Hi all
Home broadband went down today at about 6:00 pm, unable to reach support. Is any one else having problems?

Can you tell us a little more about what's happening and what device you're using?
Is your router showing that there's an internet connection, but you're still unable to get online?
Have you had a look at our network status checker, to see if there's any reported problems or upgrades happening in your area?
Finally, what happened when you tried to get in touch? Was that over the phone or via webchat?
