So, the router is only connected at 4G now?

What are the speeds when the router SIM is in a phone?

Have you noticed any configuration changes to the System Info after B14 update?

What signal strength is shown for the LTE and 5G icons in the Interface Status?

I cant get any 5g signal at all since being forced onto firmware B14.

So from a perfectly good stable 600 average down on 5g

I'm not struggling to get 80 down and things seem slow.

Why oh why do 3 keep doing this with flawed poorly written firmwares ?

An option to be able to roll back should be available to put our routers right again .

Dozens of 2 to 3 hour sessions with the numpties at 3 in multiple departments gets nowhere.

there is also another weird issue where if I manually select bands, my modem connects to only one n78 but if i use automatic band selection, it will connect to 2 n78 and do aggregation on the download.

Hi @bulldog555,

Thanks for flagging this up, I've passed on your feedback.

I've disabled auto firmware update (when the update option sometimes appears) on my Zyxel router and staying with the B12 version for the time being as it's working fine.

There isn't an option to backup and restore the firmware if problems arise with B14. I guess a request needs to be made to Three for the firmware to be rolled back.

What happened to B13?

Hey @Anvil_Iron,

My understanding is that the firmware can go through a couple of builds which are just used for testing and staging, so I'd imagine that B13 was only used internally. It's not unusual for the customer software to jump by 2 or 3 at a time.

Hi Jonathan, Would it be possible to get a list of changes for the b14 firmware?

My NR5103E was disabled auto firmware for long while but been updated from B12 to B14 itself.

This morning I found my router firmware has been updated to b14 😞

The online upgrade tab/settings that appears sometimes doesn't make any difference when auto firmware update is disabled.
