Can't connect to work VPN

Hi

I can't connect to VPN using the ZTE MC888 broadband router.  It connect on all other broadband connections, just not my home three one.

My work VPN is the same on Three. Beyond unreliable.
Connect to any other network, plain sailing.
In any work session I find myself physically resetting the router at least twice every hour just to try an maintain a connection.
If i connect to my work mobile device, zero issues.
