Can anyone help me with connecting my iPhone to my three 5g router. Can’t get in with the password and it hasn’t requested local network access

Thx, my other devices are ok. I’ve tried rebooting both, I’ve tried resetting network settings. I’ve tried connecting through the internet on the device management address even, the server is timing out on that

did you resolve this please?

Very often connection issues such as you’re experiencing can be solved by rebooting both your phone and router. Try doing just that if you haven’t already.

Thx I’ve tried both, and tried connecting through the device management page on the internet, but can’t even connect to that.

Hello there.
Welcome to the Three Community.
I'm unsure what would be preventing your iPhone from accessing your Wifi. It should be able to connect with the same password as all your other devices. Is there any other devices having issues connecting to the Wifi?
Pete.

Is your phone having issues connecting to other Wifi networks?

Hi @confused,
If other devices are connecting to the router okay, then you may want to try resetting your Network settings. This will delete all saved Wi-Fi networks and Bluetooth devices, but it will hopefully help clear the issue when you reconnect your iPhone to the router.
Thanks,
Jonathan
