We’ve been trying to cancel two contracts for several months… every time we call 333 there is another hurdle to jump. Today it can’t be done because the password is not known - back to a Three store we go. What difference does it make going into a store as they don’t ask for ID or anything and I don’t have the SIMs with me when I go in. Utterly ridiculous and the reason we’re cancelling ALL of our Three contracts (we’ve been customers for many years)!
