It’s been a week know where my home broadband is very slow to the point where it simply can’t load a website, before last week Thursday it was working brilliantly connecting to 5G and I wasn’t having issues for months, now since last week Thursday it’s been stuck in 4G and it’s having downloads and uploads of Kbps which is unusable the device was working perfectly where it’s sitting right now, I have checked other spots for better connection but same thing, I have restarted the router many times, factory resets and everything that could be done I have no idea why it suddenly does not work please fix this🙏🏼🙏🏼. Hello there.
It looks like the area you're having issues in may be experiencing some congestion at the moment. This would generally slow things down, and in more extreme cases, cause connections to drop or become intermittent.
You might be able to see improvement by changing the placement of your hub. Having it placed near a window or on the upper floor of your home can help improve things.

Like I mentioned before I have checked other spots. How long is this ‘congestion’ going to take it has been over a week now and no improvements I am expecting better from one of the leading companies in the UK.

That's not an answer I have, sadly. Congestion can be caused by many things, and there's no way to determine from here what it might be. The Support Team might have insights into that, and if they do, might be able to provide an estimate on how long things may take to go back to normal.

It would be lovely to speak to the support team but apparently no one is online even during working hours and that was also the case yesterday.

I'm sad to hear you couldn't get through. My understanding is that people were around, and in testing tonight, I was able to connect with the team. If you try again and are still having issues, perhaps calling the team might be better instead.
