Reaching the contract minimum term doesn't always involve a price change. Quite often, you can remain on the plan until it's no longer available. If you like the plan and want to continue as is, you don't need to do anything.
If there is a change, the team will notify you by email what the changes are and when they will be effective from, giving you the change to make changes of your own before they take effect.
