So, for 2 months my internet connection finally is fast and what is more important - stable. I don't believe in coincidences, everything what's happening - happening for a reason. It's OK for the company to making upgrades of equipment. this is understandable, but what is not understandable - why do you need to lie to your customers that you actually DON'T KNOW WHY customers got interrupted internet connection, when company actually DO KNOW exactly why.

In SE22 area was issues for 3 months or so, especially with uploading speed, which was below 1Mb/s.
Three, if you have an engineering works - it's FINE, you just need to be honest with someone who paying you money. But when you lie, pretending that you don't know why things going wrong - it's making your reputation to go not even down, but negative.
